Startpunkt bildet dabei immer die Frage „Welche Ziele verfolgen wir – als Mensch, als Organisation, als Unternehmen?“. Welcher Struktur bedarf es, um diese Ziele effizient und sinnvoll zu erreichen? Welche Ressourcen sind dabei wichtig? Wie soll mit den Ressourcen umgegangen werden? Wie können Mensch und Technik miteinander so „harmonieren“ dass eine effiziente Arbeitsweise langfristig entstehen kann?
Il punto di partenza è sempre la domanda “Quali obiettivi stiamo perseguendo – come persone, come organizzazione, come azienda?”. Quale struttura è necessaria per raggiungere questi obiettivi in modo efficiente e sensato? Quali risorse sono importanti? Come devono essere gestite le risorse? Come possono le persone e la tecnologia “armonizzarsi” tra loro in modo da creare un modo efficiente di lavorare a lungo termine?
The starting point is always the question “What goals are we pursuing – as people, as an organisation, as a company?”. What structure is needed to achieve these goals efficiently and sensibly? Which resources are important? How should resources be handled? How can people and technology “harmonise” with each other in such a way that an efficient way of working can be created in the long term?
